Office Market Review - H2 2019

Dear Readers,

We are pleased to release our InterNews issue for the second half of 2019.

The last decade has seen tremendous developments, such as those that Israel has not experienced in at least, the four decades preceding it - both in the field of economics and in infrastructure and progress.

Various trends were recorded; some can be said to have disappeared and some, have become even stronger and we expect them to stay.

Among others, these include a decade under near-zero interest rates, modernization of the real estate investment world with new players such as REIT companies entering the fray, immense developments in infrastructure and accessibility to work, the advent of flexible working spaces, and more.

In Tel Aviv CBDs, an increase in average monthly rents was noted, where these reached ILS 107 per sqm.

Most of the Office submarkets in Greater Tel Aviv Area noted rent increases, except for Petah Tikva and Kfar Saba, which experienced a decline.

All this and more in our current InterNews magazine. To read click here

Have an enjoyable reading,
